We were meant to check in tomorrow, but only now we’ve been told the accommodation is no longer available. We paid in full weeks ago and are now stranded. Previous reviews suggest this has happened to other paying customers too, so please be wary.

We paid everything, but only yesterday, the day before our weekend was due to start, they told us they couldn’t accommodate us. The lady said she would move us to a completely different lodge, which we weren’t happy with. We asked for a refund because we didn’t like the place we were being transferred to, but they don’t refund. We’re angry and hurt, and the lady doesn’t understand why. She’d been quiet all this time and only told us at the last minute. I’m truly hurt.

A peaceful, very secluded place, with streams around it and tram tracks leading all the way to the glamorous city.

The complex sits in a lovely green area with nice walks along the river. It’s central, and the mall is a 6 min walk along the water. Convenient, but you can’t see the mall from there.
