I enjoyed my stay at 34Onlincoln Guesthouse. The only thing that could be improved was the swimming pool, which seemed not to have been used for a while and should be cleaned for a better appearance. At reception, everything was on time. We weren’t kept waiting at the gate, either. The breakfast was nicely served and presented, so thumbs up to the chef. The place was very good value for money.

Shaka really adds to the experience, and the food is great. The place is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. There’s also a lovely cleaning lady who’s pleasant, respectful, and helpful. I love the atmosphere here. I’ve found somewhere to escape to from Nairobi, and I’ll be back soon with my five sisters.

I canceled my reservation because I couldn’t get a response to my questions about disability access. I have difficulty going up and down stairs. They also didn’t respond to the Hotels.com agent who contacted them for me.

The manager blamed me for things that were already broken and spoke to me as if I were a dog. This was the worst guesthouse I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

They took our money, but nobody was there to let us in or give us the keys. We kept calling with no answer, and the alternative numbers didn’t work either. Don’t book here, we felt scammed.
