I can’t recommend their service after what happened with my belongings. I noticed personal items were missing from the apartment and told them straight away, before anyone else had a chance to go in. They first said the cleaners would look, then told me nothing had turned up. I checked my luggage and followed up, and they said they’d look again, but then stopped replying. The items were worth around R1500. It’s disappointing and unprofessional, and I don’t trust them.

The architecture is really beautiful, but I’m very disappointed with the management. Cleaning seems to be inconsistent, which feels ridiculous for a place this nice.

The apartment is right beside a nightclub that plays music until 4 am, so getting a night’s sleep is out of the question. It was a terrible place to stay, and most of the security staff seemed incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The tap was leaking, the fridge wasn’t working properly, and nobody cleaned or replaced the towels. Management is very bad.
