The grounds are well maintained, and the large residential complex is well secured. It’s near Blaubergstrand, with one, two, and three bedroom apartments and covered parking bays. Residents have an on-site gym, and pets are allowed. Sandown Retail shopping mall is within walking distance, while Tablebay and Bay west malls are also nearby.

There’s a restaurant and residents’ gym inside this beautiful complex, as well as a spa. If you can’t find accommodation near the SANDOWN COMPLEX, you may be able to get a bnb here. And for kids, there’s a lovely colourful playground where they can play.

Amici, keep up the good work. The environment is good, the food is nice, and the staff are friendly. The place is near schools and checkers mall, with lots of shops for clothes, bakery goods, fast food, and services like postnet. It seems like a very good area for investment, and the security is up to standard. It’s also a multi racial area where people of colour live in peace and harmony.

It looks nice and the pool area is lovely, but there are a lot of problems behind the scenes. Some apartments have damp and mold issues, possibly because they were built quickly. I went to the restaurant once and found mold on the toast. There have also been ongoing water problems for the last two months. The gym is dirty in places, and the booking system has issues.

The apartments are stunningly beautiful, and it’s an amazing place to visit.
