The owner or manager lives on site and was very helpful. We stayed as a family in a five sleeper, which worked well for us, and the shared pool and braai area were nice. There are three units available, so expect to share the property with other guests. It could work really well for a big or extended family getaway. Just keep in mind that the guesthouse is right off a busy side road, so you may hear traffic.

Everything felt secure, and the rooms were decorated beautifully down to the smallest detail. The hosts were fantastic too. One of the best guesthouses I’ve stayed in. Thanks for a lovely visit!

The beds were comfortable, but there was no milk, tea, tissues, or toilet paper, and just one hand towel for two people staying three days. The air conditioner and desk lamp didn’t work. At R1400 a night, it didn’t feel like good value next to cheaper places nearby. An old blind broke when we tried to open it, the mirror fell off the wall, and the bathroom had two used bars of soap instead of fresh wrapped soap. We had to squeeze past two cars to reach our room with our bags, and it didn’t feel like a boutique hotel experience.
