South Beach Camps Bay Boutique Hotel

We stayed for two nights in December 2025, and I’ve travelled all over the world. This is one of the best hotels I’ve seen, from the atmosphere to the service. The staff were super friendly, and I especially loved how they handled breakfast. They really take care of you. The pool was heated too. We had a classic suite plus for the first night, then got upgraded to the grand suite for the second, which was awesome. It feels perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone who enjoys luxury. Thanks, South Beach team. I’m definitely coming back ❤️

The rooms were stunning, spacious, clean, and furnished beautifully, with a welcoming feel alongside the modern design. The property itself is gorgeous, and there’s careful attention to detail all around. The team made the stay, though. Everyone I met was warm and professional, attentive without hovering, and keen to help with requests. They knew the hotel and the surrounding area well, which made everything easy. We’ll be back.

The rooms are spacious and, most importantly for me, CLEAN!!! I extended my stay, and the staff were so friendly and kind that they upgraded my room. Yaerika deserves a special mention, she was a gem of a person and gave tip-top service. This is my best stay in Cape Town. The hotel is so peaceful and perfectly placed on the corner across from the tide pools, while still close to the liveliness of Camps Bay. You get the best of both. Definitely the best place I’ve been to in Cape Town.

The hotel’s location makes it easy to get to the beach, as well as the many restaurants and bars along the Camps Bay strip. The rooftop pool has unmatched views, and from there and elsewhere the ocean and Lions Head scenery is breathtaking. It was one of my most positive and beautiful stays in Cape Town. Our room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the pool. The fridge and small kitchen area had everything you could want, and breakfast was stunning. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.
