The staff were lovely and very helpful, but the location was bad enough that I had to give one star. Walking around the area didn't feel nice during the day, and especially not at night, so we used Uber just to feel safe. The advertised shuttle wasn't available. Our room was only okay. Paint was peeling, the windows were broken, and the bathroom had neither curtains nor frosted glass. The tap moved whenever we turned it on, and the views were mostly industrial factories that kept running through the night. There were just two cups, two glasses and a kettle, but no tea or coffee. The door had an ordinary bedroom lock, with no safety lock. This wasn't what the website advertised.

We got in late and they still gave us such a warm welcome. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the place. The security guys were hilarious, and Sandile and Songezo at reception were so helpful the whole time.

The place was very clean, with friendly staff and tight security. They say it's self-catering, but there isn't a kitchen or any utensils for guests, so we ended up spending a lot on takeaway food. I prefer homemade meals to junk food. They do give out free popcorn as an afternoon snack. We were there during the Africa CAF games, and one night people watching a game were noisy.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We had a really pleasant stay, with wonderful service. Thanks, everyone. We'll definitely stay with you again.

Bedbugs completely ate us alive. There were two of us in separate beds. The manager said she needed videos of the bugs, but didn't really do anything. We were left standing around until it was time to leave.
