The whole stay was uncomfortable for my family. There was no privacy, and we felt constantly watched and monitored. I was even questioned about my grandparents visiting. We were locked out in pouring rain and couldn’t get back into the building until we reached another guest. The owner was very hard to contact. At checkout, the cleaners kept pushing us to leave, and it felt like we were being kicked out, though the cleaners themselves were very nice and felt bad about it. The supplies were very limited too: one small soap, shampoo, and lotion, with no refills. This was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll never stay at Munster again or recommend it to anyone.

The place was very comfortable, but the kitchen drain smelled awful, so we used wet kitchen cloths to cut down the smell. The host didn’t seem to appreciate my call and told me to contact the security guard, following the email instructions from Booking.com. The no-alcohol rule should be made clear when booking. All the bedrooms could use air conditioning: they were boiling hot when we arrived, and the fans didn’t help. There also weren’t enough two-pin plugs for the fans.

Munster Executive Appartment was calm, beautiful, and felt safe. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for eight people. Mr mamad was helpful and available whenever we needed him. I enjoyed every moment, thank you.

Mamed was an amazing host, always around when we needed him. He checked on us every morning to see if we were okay. Thanks so much for the good service, we’ll definitely come back.

There was enough space in the apartment for eight people, but the cleaning service fell short. The basins hadn’t been cleaned, and there weren’t enough kitchen utensils. Coffee, tea, and sugar were also insufficient for a group of eight.
