I manage a few units in the building. They’re very well run.

The owner called us “European trash” after we pointed out that we’d been charged for a service we didn’t use. Rather than apologize, he also insulted us publicly and in racist terms on Trip Advisor. I looked at other negative reviews and saw the owner, a certain Greg, attacking guests with racist and very offensive language in each case. It’s shocking that this is allowed. Don’t be misled by positive reviews based only on the hotel’s beautiful view. Camps Bay accommodations all have beautiful views, so I don’t see a reason to stay at Atlanticviews. If you raise problems with this place, you risk being insulted and aggressively abused. I’m a traveler who grew up in a family of Italian hoteliers, so I feel I know what I’m talking about when I say this is the worst hotel manager I’ve dealt with. I’ve never received such vulgar, racist insults from a facility director. I’m shocked.
