I was there for two nights on a work trip, and I wouldn't stay again. Noise travels straight through the walls. The man in the next room talked loudly on his phone at 11 p.m. both nights, loud enough for me to hear every word. Once he finally fell asleep, his snoring still sounded like he was beside me. Breakfast was just average, and the table service was basically absent. If you want to sit outside instead of in the busy dining room, be ready to set your own table.

The place is in a really nice, quiet spot, and getting in and out was easy. Inside, the rooms felt huge and were clean, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, a large shower, and air conditioning. A great stay.

I was staying here long-term for work after relocating to Capetown, but my whole suitcase and everything in it was stolen from my room five days before checkout. Safety, service, and communication all became major concerns for me. I can't see myself staying at this facility again anytime soon 😒.......

The staff were friendly, the place was tidy, and the chefs did a great job. Just know dinner needs to be booked early so they can fit you in. I think the bottom rooms facing the parking area may be the ones where every sound, even footsteps, carries through.
