The breakfast spread had cereals, muffins, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt, plus a choice of eggs, bacon and mushrooms. The coffee, though, was very strong and bitter. I stayed five nights because this Guest House was close to our year-end function. My first room had a bad smell in the bathroom, apparently due to a vent issue, and it was noisy beside reception, with calls coming in on the phone after 22:30. The mattresses were shot in both rooms. They accommodated my request to move rooms, but on the third day the cleaners left my room unlocked.

I’ve visited twice for 15-day stays, though I didn’t stay at the guesthouse itself. The lovely venue served delicious lunches and morning and afternoon snacks. The staff were always warm, kind and helpful. 🥰
