The hotel's beautiful dining area has a heated pool, and you can help yourself to fruit at reception. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but you can order as much as you like and have some wrapped up to take to your room. The rooms look lovely, though tall buildings around the hotel block the view. The staff were amazing. Thank you, Sunshine, and the other lovely woman who helped resolve my British Airways booking issue after four hours of calls.

We spent three nights here on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the staff were friendly, and we had a great time at the pool. They welcomed us with a complimentary cocktail that was honestly the best drink I've ever had. We loved Gigi Rooftop so much that we went every day for gourmet breakfast and returned for dinner one night. Sizwe, one of the waitstaff, made us feel especially welcome and went above and beyond to make our meals special. A fantastic option in the City Centre.

We really enjoyed the food, which was well prepared. Winnie gave excellent service, knew a lot about wine, and was great at suggesting a sale. The whole dining experience was outstanding. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for three nights in August. The rooms were immaculate, the rooftop restaurant and bar are a gem, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The CBD isn't the best area, but you can get an Uber to drop you near the hotel door safely. There's also hotel security on watch 24 hours, so there's really nothing to worry about if you're sensible.
