The B&B itself is quite alright, but the people who run or own it are absolutely awful. They interfere in personal matters and there’s no privacy. Dogs are all over the areas where you’re meant to have breakfast or dinner. It may suit you if you don’t mind dog smells, hair everywhere, and drool around you while you eat.

I’ve booked this B&B for years, and the owners have always welcomed us warmly. The dogs stay in the private area, and the couple are very kind. The rooms are extremely hygienic, the food is top notch, and the service is just as good. I’ve been well looked after and given tips on places to visit, and they respect privacy. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly place with excellent upkeep. I think the reviewer below isn’t neutral because they made too many demands on the owner. With the place so busy, not every request for special treatment can be granted. It’s a shame some people want to hurt these lovely owners when they can’t reach that level themselves. I can’t imagine a better B&B, and recommend it if you want to relax in the Gordons Bay-Cape Town region of Gordonsbay-Capetown.

We had a great stay, with really good breakfast and two nice pools. Frans and Lidwien were wonderful hosts, and dinner at the hotel was awesome. Frans is a great chef.

The room looked out onto a beautiful garden and was super clean. Lidwien and Frans were the best hosts we could imagine. We joined them for dinner, and Frans had cooked everything fresh himself. It was delicious. Our whole stay was amazing, and we hope we can return for longer next time.
