The helper and reception were a great help, but the host was horrible. I was told the pool was closed because of COVID and that my apartment booking included parking, not pool access. That wasn’t mentioned in the booking ad. Yet other people were enjoying the pool. She kept saying the place was closed or under renovation and that I couldn’t go in, but when I found my way there, only white people were allowed. She also accused us of taking towels that weren’t there in the first place. She didn’t check on us during the stay, and only called about the towels after we’d checked out. I hated being treated that way, from the pool situation to being suspected of taking towels.

The apartment itself was okay, but the parking was awful. Getting from the garage to the apartment felt like an obstacle course, and the building was incredibly noisy. I rented it through Air BnB.

The apartment was great, but the host was horrible. She confronted me with the insinuation that I was a credit card scammer because of my race. I honestly wouldn’t deal with the company again.

The room was lovely, and the view from the 7th floor was amazing. They could be more organized about providing WiFi, though.

I was charged twice, and the money was never returned. Even after the employees confirmed the duplicate charge, they still didn’t refund it. I’d avoid this place.
