ONEHUNDRED on M - Fluent Serviced Apartments

The views of Lions Head and Table Mountain and the beautiful setting made this feel like a peaceful escape, while still being close to everything. Inside, the apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a warm, inviting feel. Service stayed attentive and professional throughout, and the team were warm as well. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a memorable setting.

The building’s amenities were stunning, especially the pool deck and retail spaces. I’d recommend breakfast at Stellski and ice cream at Moro. Bongani and his team went out of their way to make the stay great, from handling luggage to sharing restaurant recommendations. Best stay in CPT yet. Thanks, Fluent 🏆 I’ll be back soon!

The apartments were modern and nicely equipped, so the accommodation itself was fine. But we were misled by the photos and the stated room sizes. The rooms we got looked different and were quite small, even though we had checked those details before booking. We asked to be moved into the room we’d paid for, but none were left. Only the two-bedroom apartment matched the description. I don’t know whether Booking.com or someone else was responsible, but the mismatch was real. There was also a problem with cleaning: our room was cleaned, but our friends’ rooms weren’t. My friend had 300 eur in her wallet in the room, and the cash went missing sometime between Friday and Sunday. She noticed on Sunday. Her room supposedly hadn’t been cleaned, and when she complained, she was told staff didn’t have a key to it. They apparently had keys to the other rooms, but not hers. That explanation seemed very unlikely to us, especially since the money had already disappeared. We can’t say who took it, but the situation felt suspicious. For accommodation advertised as five-star, this is unacceptable. It’s bad enough to feel unsafe on the streets of Cape Town without also worrying about being robbed in the hotel by staff or someone with room access.

The staff made sure every detail was taken care of, and their warm, attentive service made the experience memorable from the moment I arrived. It was one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommended, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
