I stayed at 39, and the owner was amazing. Check-in was easy, and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartments are really nice and centrally located for the beach, restaurants, and shops.

There are many privately owned flats rented out over the holidays. Flat no 3 needs repairs and upgrades.
The apartment has lovely sea views, but it wasn't very clean, and there's no cleaning service during your stay, so you have to clean it yourself. There are no elevators, which makes the stairs a tiring climb, especially with luggage. Getting to the parking garage is inconvenient too, since you have to leave the building to reach your car.
It felt just like home, and the staff were friendly. Everything was so lovely! The place was exactly like the photos, and the water pressure and temperature were great. It's in a safe area, close to restaurants, the waterfront, and supermarkets. I'll definitely be back soon.
The sunsets and evening afterglow were amazing. I stayed here through AirB&B for just over a month and loved it. It's close to Regent and Main Roads, with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, yet far enough from the road bustle. The Two Peninsulas, with its cafe, bar, and dining, is a couple of minutes away, and the MyCity Queen's Beach Terminus is in front of it. There's also easy access to the lovely long Promenade for a seaside walk.
