The ocean views are beautiful. It feels like a sophisticated seaside stay, with a modern, clean, beautifully appointed home and thoughtful touches for beach life, like showers at both entrances. Exceptional, every time.

Lawrence’s warm, generous hospitality made our family gathering unforgettable. The home is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully appointed, with special touches that made it comfortable and stylish for our group to relax and spend time together. Boulders Penguin Beach is just steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We often chose to stay in, though, because the open-plan kitchen and living area is ideal for cooking shared meals and enjoying each other’s company. Highly recommended. We’ll be back and will tell people about this gem.

Lawrence was an exceptional host, attentive and welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. The holiday home was spotless when we arrived and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s beautiful and peaceful, while still giving easy access to the Penguin walk and beaches. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when I’m in the area.

We had a lovely family gathering at Boulders Beach Villa. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the thoughtful unexpected gifts made us feel especially spoiled. The house and its setting were wonderful. We’d happily recommend it.
