I didn't find bar fridges in the rooms, which would've been handy for keeping drinks or snacks cold, especially on warmer days. Still, I had a lovely stay during my Cape Town holiday. The area felt safe, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff stayed warm, helpful, and professional throughout. I'd definitely consider coming back for the safety, comfort, and service.

The location is convenient for the conference center at Century City, the mall, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It's a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff, though a bit far from the downtown city area.

We enjoyed going for an evening walk because the area felt safe and peaceful. My stay at Century City Hotel Bridgewater, in one of the apartments, was lovely. It was spacious, clean, and so comfortable, really like a home away from home. The room ran quite warm and the air conditioning didn't work very well. I'd love to come back and would recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The location is very convenient, and the hotel is okay, though quite minimalist for the price. The reception staff, including the manager, were dismissive and arrogant. When you ask something, they look at you as if you're stupid. They'd all benefit from customer service training.

Breakfast was delicious, and on-site parking made things easier. We had a wonderful stay, with warm, friendly staff and comfortable rooms with a stunning view. The beautiful location was a pleasure, and the TV had plenty to watch, including streaming services and channels. We also liked having wireless charging ports. Highly recommended!
