City Stay

The apartment looks beautiful inside, but it was filthy and seemed completely uncared for. There was dirt and old stuff under the beds, mould on the main bedroom curtains, cigarette smells in that room despite being told it was non-smoking, and filthy showers and bathtubs. I ended up washing at the basin. The water was brown, undrinkable, and not even hot. No one greeted us. The keys had been left with the security guards. When we called the woman responsible to explain what was wrong, she hung up before my friend had finished speaking, then sent someone later. We were told a cleaner would come, but that didn't happen. There was no complimentary soap as promised, no extra toilet rolls, and no dishwasher in the kitchen. We also weren't told that we'd have to buy our own electricity. I've travelled around the country for years and know what to expect. This was the worst experience. I wouldn't recommend it. Money wasted.
