We stayed long term in a spacious, well managed complex and had a good experience with Clouds. They changed the towels and linen and cleaned the apartment every week, as promised. They also went out of their way to meet a special request about the apartment layout.

Sunsets from the balcony like the one in the picture made it tempting to stay longer. I spent six wonderful months in Clouds' Century City accommodation, and their professional team serviced the apartment weekly with fresh towels and linen. That made moving to Cape Town easier. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a furnished, serviced apartment for a medium term stay.

The staff were unfriendly, and I wouldn't recommend Clouds to my worst enemy. During our five day stay, room service never came. We had the same towels for four days, one toilet roll for two people for all five days, and tea and coffee for only the first day. Soap and shampoo were supplied once.

Relocating and moving house is emotionally taxing, but the team at Clouds made it so much easier. They were welcoming and accommodating during the month we stayed there. The experience was awesome, and I'd highly recommend Clouds to anyone needing a guest house.
