I’m really disappointed. The app kept showing my booking as confirmed, but when I arrived they said it wasn’t. Luckily, they had a room available. The card they said had been declined actually worked when we got there. The bed springs were badly messed up, and the power went off without staff telling me anything. I didn’t know about breakfast or where things were, either. The staff could be friendlier and more welcoming.

We were so disappointed with the family room that we cut our trip short and booked somewhere else. The wardrobes were broken, dirty, and had no shelves or hanging space. There was just one plate in the cupboard, with no saucers or side plates, and the single bed’s linen wasn’t clean. It was an unpleasant stay.

We arrived exhausted at 11:15 pm and then waited 15 minutes just to check in. They told us our room had been double booked and offered a room at a different property. It was filthy: a roach in the bathroom, gross sheets, and a grimy floor we didn’t want to walk on without shoes. The cabinets were broken, and the blinds and windows looked like they’d never been cleaned. We chose not to stay and asked the owner for a refund since they couldn’t provide the room we’d booked. He refused, then said we had to spend all 11 nights in that dirty room. Horrible experience. Beware!

The staff were friendly, but the place could look much better if it were properly cared for. Our room wasn’t very clean, the shower was grimy, and the kitchen was dirty with a strange smell.
