We booked an apartment for our Cape Town stay and had a lovely view: Table Mountain across the city bowl, with Robben Island on the other side. It was clean and felt very secure, with plenty of shopping complexes nearby. Eden on the Bay and the nearest beach are both within walking distance.

My brother owns a lovely Penthouse here, and we enjoy visiting when they're in town. The area is well looked after and feels upscale, with strict rules about certain things. It's peaceful, and the views are spectacular.
