The owner is so friendly and kind, wow. The staff are top notch too, helpful and friendly. It’s clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I’ll be back soon. Liza

I called to ask about a booking and was met with awful customer service from the owner. She didn’t seem to know how to speak to a potential client on the phone, while repeatedly saying she runs a successful business. Her attitude on that call alone would put me off recommending this place for any function. First impressions matter, and getting such a bad one from the owner says a lot about what you might expect. Please work on how you treat clients on the phone. With that approach, I don’t see how the business can succeed.

The owner answers the phone right away and is very responsive. Eagles Nest is open 24 hours. The owner and staff are friendly and aim to make guests feel at home. Rooms are immaculate, with unlimited WiFi, satellite TV, tea and coffee supplies, fridges, and microwaves.

It’d be handy to have power outlets beside every bed.

The owner of this establishment is unbelievably rude. I’ve never met anyone so rude in my life. One day she’ll meet her match.
