Excellent management and a very secure building. The modern apartments are in GreenPoint, Cape Town, close to GreenPoint Stadium.

A neat, tidy little spot. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the action on Green point Main road.

The place is really nice, clean and cozy, right on the main road but still very quiet. There’s a nice spot to rest in front of the pool. We were there to fix a broken electrical breaker in one of the units and were in and out. The security guard was very good at his job and knew exactly what he needed to do.
