The spa and pool were nice, and there are good restaurants and a bar. Our room was comfortable, with a great king bed and thoughtful details, and housekeeping was excellent. The whole place has a relaxed feel, with attentive, friendly, well-trained staff.

I stopped by the bar to try some local ciders and drinks, and was impressed. The ciders were properly cold and not too sweet, just right in 28-degree weather. Ervinvale hospitality has a real warmth to it. I’d definitely recommend a visit.

We marked our wedding anniversary at BLOOM restaurant, where Executive Chef Sebastian and his team gave us an exceptional meal and outstanding service. Every course was thoughtfully planned and beautifully presented, with flavours that were just heavenly. Sebastian, Barry and Lupho, thank you for making the evening so special. It’s one we’ll treasure for a long time.

The setting is great, portions are generous, and the service is friendly. They even bring you a piece of cake if it’s your birthday. A very nice restaurant, 10/10, highly recommend.

What a gem! The staff were so friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. The Valentine’s special we had was really good too. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and highly recommend it.
