Don't stay at Glaston 110. There were cockroaches, no amenities, and the AC was broken. Our two weeks there were a nightmare. The property management company was slow to respond and kept saying staff would come to help, but nobody ever showed up.

PLEASE IGNORE THIS PLACE. I've never had such a terrible experience. It's disgraceful to offer this kind of accommodation to South African locals and visitors from abroad. No wonder it's hard for the Tourism Board to grow tourism to South Africa when places like this are around. The security for unloading was disgraceful. The key collection was at a dodgy place with laundry all over it, where C.... (manager) was. The flat's furniture looked like it had been picked up from a second-hand shop. That brown couch was a disgrace. I've travelled for business and as a tourist, and even backpackers in the poorest counties I've visited were better than this flat. I would never recommend it to anyone. This place doesn't represent what tourism is about, and accommodation like this should be regulated. I'll send the Health inspector. Tourism law requires minimum standards for places offering accommodation. The host is the ... and needs to take a course in working with guests, communication, and professionalism. FLOREIN
