Guinea Fowl House

The beach is just a few metres away, and restaurants are an easy walk too. For vegetarians, I recommend "the green room". Breakfast was healthy and delicious, especially the fruit salad and coconut muesli with yogurt. Michele was so helpful and attentive to her guests, and her son was friendly and fun to talk to. The room was beautifully decorated, with fragrant soaps and cremes, and the staff were all very friendly. Even when the wheater was bad, the lovely sea view from the windows made the accommodation feel cosy. I enjoyed the sea-view room so much. If I'm back in Cape Town, I'll definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were delightful and welcomed us warmly each morning with a home-cooked breakfast. Their local knowledge was a real help when planning sightseeing. From the garden, we could see the sea just beyond an open field and its foot-path. I'd return in a heart-beat!

The guesthouse was clean and cozy, and we could really relax and enjoy the surroundings. We went for a beach walk every day and, to our surprise, found a shipwreck at the end of one of them. Such a lovely atmosphere and a stunning host.

We were only there overnight and left early, but Michelle was so hospitable. Knowing we'd miss breakfast, she left us muffins and some fruit. The Garden Room had a double bed and a single bed, with double doors opening onto the patio. From the en suite, you walk through a dressing room to the bathroom, which had a shower, sink and toilet. Towels and linen were provided. The shared lounge and central kitchen were just a door away. Beautiful, quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend :-)
