We stayed four nights and got what we'd been offered. The staff, Cathy, Felicity and Mikayla, were professional and kind, and always kept the place clean. Our kids had plenty of room to run around in the spacious front yard, and the area felt very safe. There's a shopping centre nearby and the beach is a five minute drive away. The main beach in the Gordon's Bay area was quiet, uncrowded, and safe. The clean swimming pool and bathrooms with hot water that didn't run out helped make it a great holiday. Each room also had wifi and a TV, which made us feel at home.

The room was disappointing. The sheets were stained, the inside of the bin was dirty, the taps were covered in watermarks, there was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, and soap marks on the inside of the shower door. I complained about the stained towels and they were replaced. Since I was the only guest, breakfast was just Frisco coffee, and only after I asked for it, so I declined. The worker said they normally have croissants, but she'd been told not to bake because I was the only guest. That was a really bad experience. I think the service and offerings should be the same whether there's one guest or a full house. I won't book here again.

My daughter loved our January visit and spent plenty of time in the pool. I came back for a second stay with friends this time, and they were impressed too. It feels therapeutic and is good value for money. 💖🙏

The fleas bit us, and the towels are so thin they need replacing. The pool is small, and the WiFi kept disconnecting. Our family room was just one room with a double bed. You also have to drive to the beach, since it's not within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't anything special.
