I arrived in Cape Town after flying from Johannesburg for a business trip, expecting my accommodation to be settled. Instead, Waterstone East cancelled on me on the day, with no concern for my safety or any remorse. I was left in Cape Town with nowhere to sleep. I had booked and paid for an apartment with Waterstone, then drove there after landing. At the gate, I spoke to a woman named Simone and told her I was waiting there. I was told the unit wasn't ready and wasn't on their check-in list. They had said Albert would help with check-in, so I called him, but he seemed completely surprised that he was meant to check anyone in. After we spoke, I kept calling and nobody answered. Even Albert was texting that he'd call me back. Did he ever? I was so shocked. Yho, these people really showed me flames!
