The worst service ever. They're real scammers. We paid a 3000 deposit, but they refunded only 775. We never dirtied any carpets, ate our food at the table, and cleaned the apartment before leaving it in good condition. Only one glass was broken. Nobody mentioned a cleaning charge when we booked. What exactly was the extra cleaning for? It feels like theft. They sent this explanation: “Good morning. I trust this message finds you well. I do believe we sent an email yesterday regarding this. Unfortunately we had to deduct for the carpets to be cleaned, extra cleaning and broken glass. R1650 carpets to be cleaned. R57.50 for the broken glass. R517.50 for extra.” Pay your deposit knowing it won't come back.

We stayed in apartment 1103, booked through Lekkeslaap. It was beautifully furnished and equipped, with wonderful views and a charming host. The location is exceptional. The heated salt swimming pool and sauna were an unexpected treat. Couldn't be happier.

The location, facilities and atmosphere made for a delightful stay. But it's been 11 days since checkout, and they still haven't refunded my damage deposit. I've just had a list of fruitless excuses‼️‼️
