The room was clean, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. There’s a lovely garden, plus a great view of the city from up top. I didn’t find the stairs too tiring, despite what some people said, it felt like a bit of exercise 😅 When the sun hits the door, the light reflects beautifully. I loved sitting outside among the trees and flowers, where it felt far removed from a big city. I’m sure I’ll come back ❤️

The host was so friendly and made our stay even better. There are lots of facilities, and the location is handy, with plenty of coffee shops just a short walk away. It’s not far from city centre, sea point, and table mountains, and getting an Uber or Bolt is easy at any time. Highly recommended!

My Cape Town Airbnb stay was really pleasant and good value. Parking is almost nonexistent, which can make getting an Uber tricky, but otherwise it’s a lovely place. The host was brilliant and shared lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. If you don’t mind steep hills and feel up for the walk, there are plenty of places nearby on foot.

The view was the one thing we enjoyed. Getting to the place means climbing at least 60 steps, so don’t bring a suitcase unless you want to regret it. I wouldn’t suggest it for elderly guests. The beds were very hard, and parking was shockingly tight. The place needs an overall, with loose door handles, a broken kettle, and very narrow stairs inside.
