Great location, with a high level of security. The top-floor units have amazing views, and the units on waterkant street are in a cul-de-sac, so it's very quiet. Nelson and Clifort keep the place well maintained.

Greenpoint wasn’t where I usually choose to stay, since we often come to Cape Town for business and normally book in Seapoint. But I really enjoyed this apartment and its harbor view. The area felt very safe and stayed quiet, and we could park both cars inside the complex, one in a covered space and the rental in an open secure spot. The owner gave us two sets of keys and remotes, so we could come and go easily. Inside, the place looked magnificent. It had two lovely bedrooms, each with a bathroom and air conditioning, plus a nice balcony for smokers since smoking isn’t allowed indoors. We stayed four days and have already booked it again for six weeks from now. I’ll stay here whenever it’s available. A definite five stars.

Each flat has its own garage, and there’s also a neat little garden with a braai spot. Set high up on Boundary Road, the flats have magnificent views and are well positioned. Seems like a good investment.

The apartments are lovely and the views are awesome. If you need somewhere to stay in town, this place is definitely worth checking out.
