Hollywood Mansion

We spent a week in Cape Town celebrating a friend’s birthday at Hollywood Mansion & Spa, and the stay felt special from the moment we arrived. It’s in a fantastic spot, close to the city’s highlights but still peaceful enough for a proper escape. The staff really lifted the experience. They were warm, attentive, and happy to help, whether with Cape Town recommendations or making the birthday feel extra special. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and kept immaculate. Thoughtful details, comfortable beds, stylish decor, and a tranquil feel made it easy to unwind. Everything seemed carefully considered and welcoming. It was an exceptional stay and such a lovely place to celebrate. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The house felt like a private sanctuary, even though it was close to everything. It was perfectly set up for our large family group, with gorgeous spaces to relax and entertain and breathtaking views across Camps Bay. Morning coffee on the terrace and sunset drinks looking out at the ocean made every day feel special. Kevin & Gaby were exceptional hosts. Communication was thoughtful and seamless from start to finish, and we felt cared for throughout our stay. The in-house team led by Gershwin was professional, kind, and always one step ahead. We felt safe and looked after, and nothing was too much trouble. They handled every detail with warmth and care and made everything effortless. This was one of our best family holidays ever. We made memories we’ll keep forever and left already planning to return. Truly world-class hospitality. Highly recommended!

I celebrated my birthday in Cape Town and picked Hollywood Mansion and Spa. It turned out to be the best accommodation choice I could’ve made. The villa is beautiful, and even more impressive in person than in the photos and videos. It’s spacious and elegant, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained. It had everything we could need for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The location worked really well for exploring Cape Town. Camps Bay, with its beach, restaurants, and lively atmosphere, is about a 15-minute walk away, and the city centre is a short Uber ride. We could get around easily, then come back to the villa’s peace and privacy. The staff made the experience especially good. They were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. Their kindness and professionalism gave the stay a personal touch and helped everything run smoothly. They made my birthday trip seamless and memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and I’d happily return. I’d recommend Hollywood Mansion and Spa to anyone visiting Cape Town who wants a luxurious, comfortable, unforgettable stay.
