So beautiful, and so comfortable. The place was clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service felt good too. The bed hit that perfect middle, not too soft and not hard.

Alison really went out of her way to make our honeymoon special. When the airline lost my wife's luggage, she even drove us to the mall. The cottage was just right for us, with a great backyard pool and friendly house dogs. It's in a quiet residential area, about a 15-minute drive from downtown Cape Town.

The rooms are lovely and have all the amenities you'd expect. It's a peaceful spot but still close to major routes. Alison was a wonderful host, available when we needed her while respecting our privacy.

Alison, the host, was thoughtful and kind, paying attention to the small details. We had a great stay at Invergara Lodge, with a superb atmosphere and experience.
