Breakfast was amazing, with a great range of delicious choices, and guests can borrow beach towels for a trip to the beach. I also had a beautiful room with an incredible balcony view, and waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The rooms are lovely, and the conference facilities were well organized and comfortable for a productive stay. The staff were welcoming and ready to help. One man in particular handled a large group with real grace, professionalism, and dedication. His calm, positive manner made sure everyone was assisted and added a lot to the experience. Krystal Hotel offers comfortable accommodation and excellent service. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

We’re three golden girls who often meet in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised by the care and enthusiasm from Mr Shafie Jabodien and the waitress. Mr Shafie Jabodien presented us with a lovely halal breakfast. I hope I’ve got his name spelled correctly. Thank you, we’ll definitely see you again soon.

I went in for a facial frequency treatment today, and it was an amazing experience. The artwork in the reception area is gorgeous and made me stop for a moment to take it all in. I’ve been visiting Krystal Beach Hotel often lately, and the views are always lovely. Between the food service, pool, and now the spa treatments, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It’s always a pleasure to be there.

Dinner was hard to sort out. Sometimes all we wanted was a simple toasted cheese, but it wasn’t on any menu. Check-in was another frustration: we waited more than an hour after 14h00pm because of conferences. Guests check out on time, so keeping us waiting like that isn’t acceptable, conference or not. On the good side, breakfast was delicious and had everything you could want. The breakfast team were super friendly, as were the porters, housekeeping, and reception staff. Basement security were obliging, even when they were just opening the boom, and sent us off with a wave and a smile. The pool is the best, and I love the new umbrellas. The room was soundproof and had blackout curtains, so sleeping was easy. A standard room is fine and has an amazing sea view. The suite is bigger and better, though its mountain view isn’t as nice as the standard room’s. Thanks to reception for letting us know about an item we’d left behind, much appreciated by housekeeping.

The sea views are breathtaking, with yachts, seabirds gliding on the wind, ripples on the water, and wide open sky. Krystal Beach Hotel is in Gordonsbay and has a metropolitan feel. Breakfast offers plenty of cereals and fruit, and you can sit indoors or outside depending on the weather. There’s also an art gallery, commissioned by Mrs Sinclair, with distinctive paintings and sculptures by various artists. Security is on duty 24 hours, and the receptionists are friendly and polite.
