La Baia - Camps Bay in Cape Town

We spent an unforgettable week at la Baia, from 4th to 11th august, with our dearest friends. The house has a lovely location, and we were delighted by the splendid views and sunsets. The terrace is huge, with a pool and beautiful sea views, and the location is excellent. Inside, it’s both cosy and grand, with a luxurious feel, well-equipped kitchens, comfortable beds and lovely fireplaces. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a relaxed holiday with family or a group of friends.

Elisabeth’s service made the stay even better, with the house cleaned every day, better than a hotel. My wife and I shared the comfortable, cosy house with two close friends, and we had a ball. It’s a fabulous place, a real gem. We skipped renting a car and used Uber instead. The longest wait was probably five minutes, and Cape town was about a 15-minute trip. There are great restaurants at Camps Bay, and we often strolled down to the seaside for cocktails and dinner. I can highly recommend the property.

We could walk to the beach, and the owners gave us such a warm welcome. The place was wonderfully organised, with clean rooms, comfortable beds and amazing views. We didn’t miss a thing in La Baia. This place really felt like heaven on earth.
