Ruth made us feel welcome and even added a happy birthday message to my coffee while my mom and I celebrated our birthdays together. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and Ruth’s service was superb. Thanks to Cafe Sierra, and especially Ruth, for a lovely experience.

We stayed in three different rooms during our Cape Town trip, and Room 204, the two-bedroom suite, was our favorite. It was gorgeous, with incredible Table Mountain views. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, there was always someone at reception, and we felt safe and well looked after. The small on-site restaurant was handy for simple meals, and the little pool was great for cooling down and relaxing after exploring. Our last room ran a bit warm, and the air conditioner was finicky, but it didn’t bother us much because we enjoyed Mount Sierra Hotel so much. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Cape Town.

The staff were always ready to help whenever we asked, and everyone at first group at mount sierra hotel was professional and friendly. Nazeem, Nandipha, Lui, Trymore, Sylvia, thola, the restaurant lady with the long gold braids, and Mr Mark all gave us excellent service. Mr Mark knew his products well and explained our membership, inviting us to ask questions. He was professional, friendly, and jokeful. We celebrated our 15th anniversary here, our first time in cape town, and enjoyed every moment. The Table Mountain view was amazing, and we loved the heated pool, massage area, clean restaurant, and our beautiful, fully furnished and clean room 202. Thank you, mount sierra. We’re definitely coming back, as our son wants to see cape town too, and we want him to experience the same love we received.

Shalom gave me a lovely treatment, with a bright smile and decent service. I’m really happy with how she looked after me. The full body massage was relaxing, and I was extremely pleased with the service, especially from the Chef. Happy customer, and looking forward to my next visit at Mount Sierra Restort❤️!
