The cleaning and breakfast lady was wonderful, but I’d tell people not to book here. The rooms don’t really have a window, and there were problems with both the advertised massage service and breakfast. The website says massages are offered, but they aren’t. When I pointed out that the site shouldn’t advertise them, the owner said, “you shouldn’t look on my website when you booked on Agoda.” I didn’t understand that response. Agoda said breakfast was included, but the owner disagreed and wouldn’t provide it until I said that was bs. We only got breakfast after asking.

Joe was very cool and attentive to his guests. We’d asked for a halaal breakfast, and it was provided, super delicious too. The place was easy to find, and once inside, the city’s hustle and bustle seemed to disappear behind the gates. It was a sophisticated, beautiful, contemporary, and peaceful setting, with a lovely private pool and Jacuzzi to unwind in. A short break in loadshedding meant we could enjoy the full experience and use the jacuzzi. My wife and I needed a getaway without a long, tiring trip, and this was just right. Our stay was much too short, but very sweet. We’ll definitely consider coming back and recommending it. Thank you, Joe. May your business grow from strength to strength.

Great value, a perfect location, and lovely staff. It’s a simple home away from home, with the bonus of a stunning private pool, and a handy base for exploring Cape Town. Highly recommend.

We already miss this beautiful house and its fantastic pool area. It’s well situated in Sea Point, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Joe and Lebo for making us feel welcome every day.

The owner was amazing, super friendly, always available, and happy to help with restaurant suggestions. The employees were just as helpful. Lebo is adorable and does her best to make your stay comfortable.
