Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread of pastries, yogurt, granola, fruit, cheese, and meats. Phumla’s muffins were the best we’ve ever had. The location is great too, about a 5-minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Service was lovely, everyone was so nice, and kzanele was especially helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

I arrived a bit disappointed because the main photo is somewhat misleading. There isn’t a big pool, the sea view is small, and about 90% of the view is the backs of buildings. It can also be hard to get in touch with “head office”. But the rooms are modern and very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is good and feels very safe. The staff are absolutely lovely. I may have the spelling wrong, but Pumla and Jontae were especially great, and Pumla’s smile brightened my day. Happy to recommend the place.

I booked this “hotel” to rest and work, but was put with a group who played loud music late into the night and were extremely loud and disrespectful. They promised a refund for the disrupted days that affected my work, but despite my repeated requests there’s still no sign of it. I’ll delete this review once it’s sorted, because the experience was awful. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and the bathroom was outside my room. On my last night, the “hotel” hosted a big birthday party. A poor Belgian man had brought food to make meals in the communal area, only to find it occupied by a middle-aged family and their relatives until midnight. Not worth it.

The location was brilliant and everything was clean. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home. Phumla and kzanele were brilliant!
