Our holiday here was a nightmare. There are no balconies, only a window, and there was no towel or cleaning service. One of the two elevators felt like being taken to a mental hospital. The other closed on my leg, though luckily my sister was inside and could press the open button. Worst holiday ever.

The security team is amazing, but building management couldn't care less about the people who live or rent here. They've had a jackhammer going in the stairwell for three weeks for unnecessary cosmetic work. I would never recommend moving or renting here.

Building management told me the needless construction would go on for three months. It's already been three weeks of constant drilling, hammering, and painting near our apartment, starting at 9 am and carrying on through the day. They're replacing a new door with another new door. This is an absolutely awful place to stay, and management doesn't care about residents at all.
