The hosts, Terry and husband Tim, have been exceptional on every one of my several stays over the past 15 years. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble for them. I just came back from another wonderful fortnight at this bnb, where the quality and comfort have always been excellent. There's no sea view, though that barely matters given the location. The peninsula's amazing sights are easy to reach to the south, the city is to the north, and some of the Cape's famous winelands are only minutes away. Terry's repeat guests from abroad, year after year, say a lot about her hospitality. I'd recommend this place very highly.

Terry and Tim are fantastic hosts, and their lovely dogs, Harvey and Bentley, are always ready with cuddles. I spent a month at Robins Nest, and Terry's personal touches in the room made it feel like home. Riverlea is clean, well serviced and well situated for anyone needing somewhere to stay in Cape Town.

Breakfast every morning felt like a fairy tale. We had a great stay at Riverlea, and Terry and Tom are incredibly kind people who took care of everything for us.
