Anne is so kind and helps with anything you need. The charming house has a warm, homely feel, and it's a great place. We stayed in room 1, which wasn't very soundproof, but the other guests were respectful, so it wasn't a big deal. I'd absolutely come again and recommend it.

The breakfast selection is limited, but the staff were friendly and accommodating with luggage and check-in and check-out. The guesthouse is clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable, with Gardens Shopping Centre and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The guesthouse is ideally placed near both the city centre and Table Mountain. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more when visiting Cape Town.

It feels homely. Breakfast starts at 8am, which is a little late if you're travelling for business, but they'll pack one for you to take along if you need to leave earlier.

We were charged for breakfast on our second morning, even though they couldn't provide it and didn't. We also had a very disturbed night when guests rang the doorbell between 2 and 3 in the morning and shouted outside in the street.
