The room was neat and clean, and the reception and cleaning staff were friendly and cooperative. We had a very good customer experience. It's not centrally located, but I thought it was worth the money.

The location is fine and the staff are trying, but the price is high for the room. The standard seems to be slipping. The TV doesn't work, the water isn't warm, and there are lots of marks on the table and shower that look like dirt. Only one towel was provided for two books. The wooden frames were rusty and dirty.

The packed lunch travel bags are back, and they’re top notch. That’s one more reason I’m already looking forward to coming again next year. We’ve stayed many times, and returning is an easy decision. The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable, always smiling, and every evening someone asked whether I’d had a good day. I’m a huge fan. The General Managers were on site one day, and after speaking with them, it’s clear why the hotel runs so well. Well done to everyone involved, you’re flying the flag high.

For the price, it’s incredible value compared with pretty much any other hotel nearby, and the location is great. The rooms are small, though still functional. The gated parking is a nice bonus.
