The Capital 15 on Orange Hotel & Spa

Andile’s suggestions for what to eat were amazing, and the food was delicious. His welcoming smile and professional service deserve a special thank you. The front office team made us feel welcome, and the restaurant waiters were great. The venue was beautiful too. We had an amazing experience yesterday and will definitely come back. Thanks again, Andile.

We loved sitting outside on the balcony and taking in the views, and the breakfast was amazing. The front desk team went above and beyond, upgrading our room and arranging a late checkout. The supervisor was polite and professional, and made us feel noticed and appreciated. I’ve missed this kind of service at many hotels. You all did a great job.

Nadia remembers me by name, and her warm, professional welcome makes check-in easy every time I stay at The Capital Hotels and Apartments. She always makes sure we’re comfortable, settled, and looked after from the moment we arrive. I stayed in room 332 at the Capital 15 on Orange over the long weekend. Nadia’s personal touch and dedication are a big reason we look forward to returning. Thank you for always making us feel at home.

The accessible room worked really well: there was plenty of space, light switches were within reach, the bathroom had good turning room, and there were solid handrails by the shower, bath, and toilet. A ramp or lift to the bar and restaurant would improve access. Kelly helped arrange breakfast for me after I raised the issue, which I appreciated. At check-in, Patrick was fantastic and even helped lift my wheelchair from the parking area into the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay at The Capital 15 on Orange. Great stay, and fixing access to those areas would make the hotel fully accessible.
