I couldn’t make the trip in the end, but the team handled my cancellation with real understanding and flexibility when unexpected circumstances came up. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. That kind of customer care stood out to me. My wife and I travel a lot, and this place is hard to beat. We loved the spacious apartment and the views, especially the sunset. The service was a big part of it too: they cleaned in the afternoon so we weren’t woken in the morning, and brought me an adapter right away when I needed one. You can see Lions head from the pool. The beach is a 20-minute walk or five minutes by car, and there’s a private parking spot downstairs in the garage, so the car felt safe. We’ll be back soon. The apartments have a fantastic view, and getting into Cape Town is easy. The pool is great for a swim or a bit of relaxing, and the service is really friendly. The one thing I’d add is a small gym.

The kids loved swimming laps in the long pool. The apartments are spotless and luxurious, with plenty of room, and the panorama over de camps bay is amazing.
