The building is well managed and has beautiful views of Table Mountain. Its central location also makes it handy for nearby landmarks and highways.

The Iron Works is a great building, managed well and surprisingly quiet despite being so centrally located. The security staff are very friendly, and it feels extremely safe.

I’ve lived in the Iron works for 2 years and have loved every minute. The views and the staff who run things are amazing. I just wish there were visitor parking for guests.
