I was left on the street with my luggage for over 4 hours because the access code that was supposed to let me in was never sent through Booking.com. I’d told the host in the app that I’d arrive at 14:00, but when I got there, their phone was off and they couldn’t be reached. Another contact said the owner was on the way, then hours went by with no one showing up. I was also given conflicting information about which apartment was mine. Booking.com support confirmed the host wasn’t communicating, canceled my reservation and gave me a refund. Only hours later did someone offer to send a driver with a key, far too late. This was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. I don’t recommend the property because of the poor communication, misleading information and failure to provide access as promised.

The building is well kept, and my room was clean and super cute. I had a wonderful stay, and shops are close by!

Right in the heart of Sea Point, with pristine apartments in a safe area. Sea point Promenade is just a 5min walk away.

It’s a great place and good value, in a great area. The location is good, though it isn’t near the sea.
