We booked apartment 402, a two-bedroom place, for seven nights and paid a lot. I was very disappointed to find the owner had supplied the cheapest bedding, polyester, and some cheap towels. When we raised it, he was rude and told us we could pack out if we wanted. We’ve stayed in many different apartments at Matrix, and this was the worst. The body corporate or building manager needs to set a standard for all owners, or this feels like daylight robbery.

The location is hard to beat, with restaurants, coffee shops, and bistros within walking distance, plus easy access to the sunny Century City Square and its trees, fountains, and cascading water features. It’s a modern mixed-use building, with a Lamborghini showroom on the ground floor, offices above, and apartments at the top. A great urban setting, with hospitality, transport, retail, and leisure options close by.

BAD INVESTMENT!!! The metal panels make an unbearable racket whenever it’s windy, and noise from convention centre crowds echoes into the apartments. The residential apartments are terrible. The parking booms don’t work, so people get stuck in the basement with no sign of help.

My friends and I went for a mini vacation and stayed in room 615 at the matrix. We absolutely loved it. The place was beautiful and so clean. Sis Noma and Lisa, thank you so much.
