The beach is just a few steps away, and the sound of the waves, sea air, and beautiful sunsets make this a peaceful place to unwind. The views are stunning, with Table Mountain in the background, while Bloubergstrand still has plenty going on nearby. The Waves is especially popular with kite surfers because of the beach access and reliable wind conditions. There are lots of AirB&B units, so it can suit short visits or longer stays. Security is well managed, with guards patrolling at night, and the property is clearly cared for. Johan, the caretaker, does a great job keeping everything neat and welcoming.

The Waves is such a find on the Blouberg strip. You get uninterrupted ocean views with Table Mountain in the background, plus a peaceful atmosphere and fresh sea air. A lovely spot to relax and take it all in. Highly recommended if you’re after a beautiful seaside view.
