In a very busy area, this is a modern, secure apartment complex. The apartments facing the main road have great mountain views.

It's a beautiful place with a clean, modern design, but the street outside is noisy and busy. It feels very secure, with guards and cameras on duty 24/7.

Very clean, with friendly people, excellent views, and a real sense of safety.

We dropped in on a whim to have a drink and watch the sun set from the veranda, and really enjoyed it. Gerry knew the menu and drinks well, and helped us work out how many sharing plates to get. We ordered a couple of glasses of Boschendal Rose bubbles, salmon sashimi, calamari, corn tacos and burger sliders. Everything was delicious, with a good balance of flavours and generous portions. Chef Barrish came out for a chat. He's well travelled and experienced, and the menu showed a creative touch with something for everyone. He said it would change in two weeks for summer. Since it was my friend's birthday, he also sent out a little dessert platter for us to celebrate. We ended with a decaf cappuccino and rooibos tea. The service was exceptional, and manager Sanzo was attentive and efficient. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The field beside the building has turned into a dumping ground, so that eyesore is always there. The building itself is nicely designed, but terribly maintained: the elevators can be out of service for weeks, the entry door is broken, and the windows are dirty and only get cleaned once a year. A mountain facing apartment also faces the main road, so there's constant noise whenever the window or sliding door is open. Whether you decide to stay here or not, you at least have a clear picture of what things are really like.
